Astral Projection Techniques To Explore The Universe

Astral Projection Techniques To Explore The Universe

As is to be expected, there are many different astral projection techniques which people can use in order to help them astral project. Of course, because all people are different, it only stands to reason that while a certain technique may work for one person, it may not work for everybody.

Many people run into difficulties with various methods though, not because the method doesn't work, they are not able to relax.

Being completely relaxed and at ease is essential when you are looking into astral projection techniques, but there are reasons why you may not be able to accomplish this. Fear is one issue that many people who are just beginning to work with this subject encounter.

The fears are the result of false beliefs that maybe harm, or even death could come to the person who is trying astral project. To help alleviate those fears the Canterbury Institute conducted and researched a study. The Canterbury Institute is well know for their studies of the occult.

With 2,000 participants, all of whom participated in astral projection, the Canterbury institute determined that not even one person suffered any harm. Furthermore, all participants were then monitored for a period of three years and during this time none of them came forward with any complaints or reports of problems.

Any fears in this area being put aside and put to rest. Now we can look at several kinds of astral projection techniques which have been successful. We are going to go over the seven techniques of astral projection.

* Start by relaxing your mind and body. Numerous techniques for relaxing are available for you to use. Deep breathing is one and simply, it is just deep breathing. Just breathing deeply in and out, slow and calmly. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply as well. Relax each of the muscles in the body by tensing them and then releasing them one at a time. Start with a hand or maybe the toes and work you way to the top.

* Reaching a hypnotic state. Essentially you need to reach a point where your mind and body is just on the verge of going to sleep, although of course you don't want to actually fall asleep. This can be achieved by using the gazing method. Simply lie on your bed and begin staring at something until such time that your eyes close and yet you're still able to see the object.

* Once you are inside the hynagogic stage, remember that you need to deepen it. With your eyes still closed, look around and see what you can see. Some of the things that you might see include strange light patterns, or everything being cloaked in a purple light. Go ahead and ignore the light, and once you have managed to get rid of it, you will know that you are in a deeper state. Remember that at this stage, you should be so relaxed that you are no longer aware of your physical body, and this detachment is extremely important when you are thinking about this technique and what it can do for you.

* This step is absolutely imperative with this technique. The state of vibration will need to be entered into. Many report feeling these types of vibration fairly early in the projection process. Is thought by the participant that the feeling of vibration is what happens when the astral body start to depart from the physical body. Don't let this stage worry you, relax and feel the vibrations.

* Controlling the state of vibration. In order to do this one needs to focus on the vibrations and attempt to move them through your body. In other words you should aim to feel these vibrations throughout your body. When you reach this stage it should feel almost as if there are waves washing over you, but it is important that you continue practicing until such time that you can bring this on at will. When you reach a point where you can bring on these waves whenever you wish, then you're at a stage when you're ready to leave your physical body.

* Now think about control. Use the power of your mind, and you will at this point begin a partial separation. This is something that can enhance your control and your ability to affect your astral travel. Start by thinking of yourself as leaving the physical body. Think about an astral vision of your hand stretching away from you, towards the wall or the floor, and then push yourself though it. This can be difficult to master, but take your time. Once you have done this, return your hand or foot back to your physical body, where you will slow down the vibration and return yourself to a full awake and aware stage.

* This last step is where you actually get to leave your physical body. Once again, you can follow all the previous steps but now, rather than only allowing a hand or foot to leave from the physical body, you're going to allow complete separation. In order to do this, you need to focus on just how weightless your body really is. In fact you can even try to imagine that your body is made up of feathers which are being blown around by the wind. At this point, your astral body should be starting to leave your physical body and this will become apparent as you begin to feel as though you are floating.

Other methods and techniques include the Anchor Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Rope Technique. Ultimately, one should be willing to try the various techniques in order to establish which one works best for you, because you can be rest assured that everyone can find a technique which works for them.

However, be aware, not everyone is able to astral project using the above techniques. These techniques take time and patience to learn and require a lot of practice by you.

There actually is a faster way of achieving this! With certain innovations in sound technology, many audio type tools are available today to help you. One of the new techniques is the use of Binaural beats which are specialized sound frequencies, which help to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of your brain, allowing immediate meditative state to occur, which is necessary for astral projection.

Those looking for further assistance with regards to relaxation can also make use of hypnosis recordings which have been created specifically for the purpose of astral projection. These recordings work by targeting the subconscious mind in order to reinforce the idea that it's perfectly acceptable for you to leave your physical body.

A truly life changing experience the seven steps to to astral projection and can be used by anyone who is interested in astral projection. By using these techniques it is possible for anyone who wishes to, to experience it.

Springfield Native Dan Whalen Offers Ultimate Comfort Food Recipes

Hungry readers can take their pick from more than 100 recipes in his book, with offerings like Cheesesteak Pot-stickers, Polenta Tamales, and a Cherry Pie Stuffed Chocolate Cake. There is even a burger stuffed with mac and cheese. Submitted The book is all about taking your favorite foods and stuffing them to make new, different and delicious meals, Whalen said. Whalen is known for the crazy comfort food mash-ups that he has his blogged since 2008. Humorously entitled The Food in My Beard," his blog details dishes that span the spectrum, from healthy and vegan to ethnic favorites and to adventurous undertakings. When I started, it was really just to document all the dishes I was cooking. That way, if I wanted to make something again for a dinner party or get together, I would remember what went right or wrong, he said One of Whalens blog followers, who are affectionately dubbed beardies," helped direct his pursuit of compiling his recipes into a published cookbook. I dont know if I am just a total sucker for spicy food and bearded creativity, but after reading his blog I knew his voice would translate well on to the printed page, said Sally Ekus, literary agent with The Lisa Ekus Group in Hatfield, who keeps an eye out for culinary talents popular on social media. His ability to take comfort food and make me say Wow, now THAT is different! stood out. Every recipe I have ever seen him create I wanted to make. Good cooking is in the Whalen family. I always had home cooking in my family, my mom and grandmother are great Italian American cooks. I never cooked but I was always playing with my food, trying different combinations of snack food or being critical about which packaged foods were the best, he said. Whalen, who currently lives in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston, grew up in Springfields East Forest Park and often comes back home for good food and family gatherings. The Internet and the success of a recipe he calls "Pasttata," a pasta, as in spaghetti, baked with eggs, as in a frittata, encouraged his own culinary pursuits. The recipe was picked up from his blog by Stumble Upon, a discovery engine that finds and recommends web content. This was before Pinterest and even before Twitter was really big. Now when something goes viral it is more on Pinterest and Facebook. The viral hits were about 100 times what I was normally used to for traffic at that time. Once you see your numbers jump up like that it gets really addicting, he said. Whalen learned how to make gelato at the now-closed Firenze Gelato Company and helped open Cafe Burrito in Belmont, creating the house recipes.

The invention of the podcast has changed the way people experience radio. A plethora of free comedy podcasts have been created by stand up comedians, giving you plenty of options when it comes to enjoying comedy radio. This helpful guide highlights the funniest podcasts the Internet has to offer.

The 1980s saw a huge increase in the number of stand up comedians and comedy clubs. Digital recording equipment and the proliferation of the smart phone has allowed comedians to create, record and distribute their personal comedy radio show online. High quality podcasts can be cranked out because of the ease of use and the low production costs. Low production costs results in comedy podcasts often times being free with little commercial interruption.

Bill Burr's Monday Morning podcast is a comedy podcast that often ranks very high on the iTunes chart and would be a good place to start out when exploring comedy radio online. Doug plays the role of quizmaster, as the comedians attempt to guess which movie Doug is talking about using Leonard Maltin's review as their clue. Doug Loves Movies is different from many comedy podcasts in that it is recorded in front of a live audience. Doug Loves Movies is a comedy podcast for fans of stand up comedians and movie buffs alike.

If you're looking for a comedy radio experience similar to that of the traditional morning show you won't want to miss the comedy podcast from Adam Carolla. Undeterred Adam Carolla immediately started the Adam Carolla podcast, which is one of the highest downloaded comedy radio shows in Internet history. If you like Adam Carolla you will love the Adam Carolla Podcast which features celebrity comedians, people of note and of course the classic Carolla rants.
